We have introduced the new Master BBQ School for only $299.  The home-study course is aimed at improving the grilling and wood-smoke cooking skills of the backyard BBQer, the competition cook or team, and the professional chef who wants to add BBQ to his or her repertoire.  The American Culinary Federation has approved the school for 50 hours of Continuing Education Credit.  The Master BBQ School is the only home-study BBQ course that has received the federation's approval.   The school has also been reviewed by John Marcy, PhD, Professor and Poultry Processing Specialist, Center of Excellence for Poultry Science, The University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture in Fayetteville, AR.
